Winter can be one of the most productive times in a Canberra vegetable garden. In this workshop you will discover the variety of vegetables that can be successfully grown during the cold season. We will be focussing on the importance of the timing of plantings to ensure crops are available all winter. Those crops which thrive in Canberra’s cold weather will be identified and techniques to ensure your crops remain healthy even in the harshest winter weather will be discussed.
