Fig Propagation Workshop

July 30 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

$20

Have you ever wanted to propagate plants by taking cuttings but not known where to start? Figs are one of the easiest plants to propagate through hardwood cuttings, so are a great place to start.

This workshop will provide you with hands-on experience of fig propagation. You will need to bring your own pair of bypass secateurs – all other equipment and resources will be provided.

This session is suitable for beginners and will cover:

  • Cleaning and sharpening secateurs
  • General information about the different ways to propagate plants
  • Hands-on experience in preparing a fig cutting for propagation.

At the end of this session, you will take your fig cutting home along with with instructions on how to care for it over the coming months.

Bookings can be made on Humanitix here.
