What to bring: Ideas and enthusiasm for the future of CCF and a pen
At the first Strategic Planning Workshop in February and further consultation sessions in March, over 20 people contributed their ideas. Additional input was provided by others who could not attend the first workshop. From this a Collective Statement of the Best Possible Outcomes (BPO) and the Worst Possible outcomes (WPO) for the future of the Canberra City Farm has been sent to all members
We hope you will be able to attend this second Strategic Planning workshop to contribute your ideas to this next stage of the process. We aim to collect a broad representation of ideas and views. If you are unable to attend there will be opportunities to feedback and contribute to the next Collective Statements that will be compiled and distributed.
The purpose of Workshop 2:
– build shared trust, connection, possibility and vision between CCF members
– explore future possibilities for CCF
– list participant’s reflections on the Values and Behaviours to achieve the Best Possible Outcomes for CCF
– list participant’s reflections on the Strategies and Actions to achieve the Best Possible Outcomes for CCF
– create two more collective statements that includes, and values, all participant’s ideas to share with all members and to set the foundations for collective decision making
– identify some volunteers to write several draft unifying CCF vision statements to further test with members
– set the scene and the collaborative culture for the next steps in co-creating the CCF Strategic Plan 2024-2028
– create enthusiasm amongst members to continue to be involved in the strategic planning process.
